"I kept having the same thoughts on repeat. Not progressing, just circling. I tried everything I could find to process them. Nothing gave me back something useful. So I built Hayley."

01

speak naturally

Tap. Talk. No prompts, no structure. Just say what's on your mind, up to sixty seconds.

02

hayley reflects

Three cards: an insight about what you're really saying, a pattern detected, and one question worth sitting with.

03

patterns emerge

Each entry builds context. Hayley notices recurring language, emotional patterns, and what keeps surfacing.

04

memory deepens

Monthly reflections surface what slowed you, what you avoided, one next step. Context that builds over months.

what hayley
actually says back

Three types of reflection, every session: an insight, a pattern detected, a question.

insight
searching for permission, not information
The indecision isn't about the options — it's about not trusting the instinct you already have. You're waiting for someone to tell you what you already know.
pattern detected
paralysis before committing
Fourth session this month where a decision loop appears. The stakes feel high in the moment, but the regret of inaction is consistently underweighted.
question
what would you choose if no one was watching?
Strip away what you think you should want. Ignore the audience. What does the decision look like then?

it starts to
notice things.

After a few sessions, Hayley builds a picture — not of events, but of how you think. The language you reach for under pressure. What you consistently sidestep. The gap between what you say and what you mean.

a summary that
earns its keep.

Every month, Hayley surfaces what your sessions actually revealed — not just what you talked about, but what the pattern means. The one thing you kept circling. The thing you never quite said. And a single, concrete next step.

may 2026 · monthly reflection
what slowed you
Waiting for certainty before moving. Every decision this month stalled at the same point — the moment it became real.
what you avoided
Committing to the thing you already know you want. You named it twice, then changed the subject.
one next step
Make the decision as if the outcome doesn't define you. Then see how it feels to have made it.

a companion that
listens differently.

not a chatbot
it reflects.
Hayley doesn't respond conversationally. The difference is in the quality of attention — it's looking for what you haven't quite said, not just what you said.
not voice notes
it processes.
Voice notes replay what you said. Hayley surfaces what it means. The difference between recording a thought and understanding one.
not therapy
it thinks with you.
No techniques, no exercises. Just a thinking companion paying close attention, session after session, without agenda or judgement.

a few things
worth knowing.

Is this actually AI? Who made it?
Yes — Hayley uses AI to analyse what you say and surface what's underneath. It was built by a founder obsessed with the gap between thinking something and understanding it. I made this because I kept circling the same thoughts, and nothing I tried actually helped me process — only replay. So I built something that listens differently.
Can anyone see my entries?
No. Transcription happens on your device — your voice audio never leaves your phone. Your entries are private by design, not by policy. We can't read them even if we wanted to.
What happens during onboarding?
When you first open Hayley, a short onboarding flow walks you through how it works — including a sample insight so you can see exactly what to expect. You'll make your first voice recording before reaching the paywall, so you know what you're signing up for before committing anything.
Can I read back my old entries?
Yes. Every entry is saved with its date, the three insight cards, and the pattern Hayley detected. You can scroll back through your history at any time. The point isn't to re-read your words — it's to watch the patterns emerge over time.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Choose annual (€49.99/year, around 30% off) or monthly (€5.99/month). Both start with a 14-day free trial. Cancel anytime. If you don't continue after the trial, your entries stay on your device — we don't delete anything.
Is this a replacement for therapy?
No, and we'd never claim otherwise. Hayley is a thinking companion — it helps you process and understand your own thoughts more clearly. It has no therapeutic intent, no clinical framework, and no agenda. If you're experiencing significant distress, please speak to a professional. Hayley works best alongside a clear head, not instead of support.
